What plants do I have? (pics provided)?

I planted about 20 different types, and I accidentally mislabeled almost all of them. Most of the culinary ones I recognized as soon as they started to grow and I used the internet to identify the rest but there is one that I couldn’t figure out.
I originally thought this was Yellow Yarrow, but upon seeing photos online, I don’t think it is. Here are two pictures of the plant. I think that it may be Garden Sorrel but it looks more like Japanese Eggplant but I’m not sure:
