"However mean your life is, meet it and live it: do not shun it and call it hard names. Cultivate poverty like a garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Things do not change, we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts." ~Henry David Thoreau
"live and let live"
"Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things that escape those who dream only at night." ~ Edgar Allen Poe
My favorite quote is the entire song "Imagine" by John Lennon. That counts.
I have a few, some famous, some from movies, some from books, bear with me.
"Be the change you want to see in the world,"
"Here is the deepest secret that no one knows, here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows higher than soul can hope or mind can hide. And this is the wonder that’s keeping the stars apart. I carry your heart, I carry it in my heart."
"Nothing of me is original, I am the combined effort of everybody I have ever known."
"I hate the way you talk to me, and the way you cut your hair. I hate the way you drive my car,
I hate it when you stare. I hate your big dumb combat boots and the way you read my mind. I hate you so much it makes me sick, it even makes me rhyme. I hate the way you’re always right, I hate it when you lie. I hate it when you make me laugh, even worse when you make me cry. I hate it when you’re not around, and the fact that you didn’t call. But mostly I hate the way I don’t hate you,
not even close, not even a little bit, not even at all."

Dare to reach out your hand into the darkness, to pull another hand into the light. Norman B. Rice
Have a nice day!
Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.
"I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge — myth is more potent than history — dreams are more powerful than facts — hope always triumphs over experience — laughter is the cure for grief — love is stronger than death."
– Robert Fulghum
