I am taking agnus castus but my periods have only been a little irregular since an early miscarriage about 4 months ago. If you only get one period a year I would recommend speaking to a qualified herbalist or naturopath; the recommendations from any other ladies you get on here will potentially be useful but please make sure you speak to a qualified practitioner.
I would really think that a doctor might be a better port of call but if you want to try the ‘natural’ way first then do speak to a qualified practitioner.
