Most People will tell you that Ginkgo biloba is good !
It is but mostly for people above 40 years !
Here is a Time Tested and Proven Homeopathic Prescription :-
1.SULFUR 200, Three drops in a sip of water once at a weeks interval just 3 doses in total.
If that makes a difference but not Much .
2.KALIUM PHOS 1M, three drops in a sip of water just once,Seven days after the last dose of SULFUR.
If there is still any doubt !
3.PLUMBUM MET 200 Three Drops in a sip of water once a day for three or four days.
I have found this prescription effective in 95% of the cases it improved the persons concentration they all felt focused and they were cured of short time memory lapse like putting things and forgetting about them soon as you put them somewhere and couldn’t find it half hour after.

Not that many Herb really do that, maybe gen sing or even marijuana can increases mental focus. Energy you need amphetamines but i don’t think they would be good for focus and i don’t think that’s what you are looking for. Mescaline won’t be good either. some gen sing i think for a healthy study environment.

Ginko Biloba is well-known as a memory enhancer and, as such, is good for improved focussing…tea is also good…
green tea is better than black tea…ginseng, ephedra are all good..as with all herbs, better if you can find organically grown, loose leaf…i.e. not in tea bags or pill form. If you have a serious problem, find a good and respected Chinese medical practitioner/ medical herbalist who can prescribe herbs specifically for your condition, but remember; herbs take time to work;no quick fix.

Ginkgo Biloba claimed to improve blood circulation thus increases oxygen level, memory and concentration.

But, don’t take it if you are susceptible to bleeding or taking aspirin, warfarin or any antipletelet and anti-coagulants.
