What’s the difference between regular tea, and herbal tea? Also what exactly is herbal tea? Like green tea?

The answer to that is very simple: It’s tea made with different types of herbs! Herbal tea is actually considered a green tea in some ways. A few examples would be like peppermint, and there are a few others that I can’t think of at the moment. But herbal tea is very good for you because it has great vitamins and stuff in it. Regular tea is sort of the same, but it’s actually made with leaves of different types of plants.

They are made with herbs, as the name suggests.
If you look at this list you will see there is a huge range of types, and some claims of health benefits.

Herbal tea (or herb tea) refers to tea made from plants other than Camellia sinensis (that is, normal tea). Green tea is made out of the same plant, just processed differently, so that’s not herbal tea.

Examples of herb tea are things like peppermint, camomile or ginsing. Most herb teas do not contain any caffeine, but some, such as yerba maté do.
