I have some tomato sauce that needs to be used up. Back home I have a plethora of vegetables from my garden, so I don’t want to go out and buy any.
(I’m at my cousins house watching her cat)
Does anyone have a recipe using only dried herbs/ spices + onion powder/ garlic powder? That’s good? I’m having trouble finding one…

I eat alot of vegetables on a daily basis. What kind of supplements or maybe herbs could I take to help my digestion system absorb all of it?

I’m planning a small culinary garden with herbs and vegetables, and I’d like to know which onion has the strongest flavor? I like a very intense, not sweet, onion flavor in my dishes and I do tend to prefer vegetables with a lot of color, like reds and purples and yellows rather than whites. I don’t really care what’s "traditional" to cook certain things with, cooking is all about personal taste and experimentation! Thanks for your help =)

I’m researching the specifics of Commercial brand foods, herbs and seasonings vs. any I can grow on my own.
I’m tempting to grow my own garden of herbs, seasonings, vegetables, etc. if the result of these efforts will be "better" than simply driving to Wally-world to buy them from the shelves.
I hear many NEGATIVE ideas about COMMERCIALLY SOLD PRODUCE that I want to grow these veggies in my back yard.
Will my efforts (using the more water from the dwindling water table) be WORTH the nutritional benefit of my home-grown veggies, herbs and seasonings? How / if can I grow these veggies in a CONTAINER if my (yard-full) plans do not mature?

Can the nutrition of a plant be increased by watering plants with concentrated liquified vitamins or plant extracts? I heard of a man using a method to increase certain vitamins(calcium & iron) in herbs and vegetables and wanted to know what method or technique he was using that would allow the plants to break down the liquified vitamins in the soil.
