I am a clinical depression patient taking prozac; all and all it’s helping me greatly, but I’m having a really bad case of one of the side effects; night terrors. Normally I ignore it, even get inspired by it, but lately the dreams have gotten so disturbing that it’s affecting my mood during waking hours. (I am a VERY vivid dreamer.)

Anybody have a simple herbal remedy that could help with nightmares? I would especially appreciate if it was something that could be ingested as a tea, but any ideas are welcome.

Thank you!
