I would like to blend a tea with relaxing properties; we have a large health store.
All the ones I can buy are weak and do nothing but make me run to the bathroom every Min.
Is there any combinations that work for real, not the "believe-and-it- will- work" tea?
I’ve been having trouble sleeping and my mom doesnt want me taking sleeping pills so i went to this health store and this lady that works there told me about this tea its called Yoji tea Bedtime, and i was just wondering if safe to drink this tea
I picked up some Rooibos Chai tea today and noticed the expiration date was 5 months ago. Is it safe to still drink? Or should I throw it out?
Like Peppermint tea is great for digestion. Or some are natural blood thinners or purifiers.
I would like a full list of the herbs and a description please.
And thank you.
I have sassaphras root bark, and am looking for the best way to make an extract without damage to the potency of the herb. I’ve tried tea, but I need another method, because that just doesn’t cut it. Tincturing might work, but I don’t know how. can anyone help? I don’t know much about making extracts from herbs.
MDMA is the chemical found in ecstacy that makes you high, but it is found naturally in sassaphras. (and making a tea requires high temerature distillation, and high temperatures boil out and steam out a lot of potency, I need a low temperature method)
