I bought a mint garden, and a basil garden from my my neighbourhood farmers market. They are already grown and they look stunning on my window sill, but how do I keep them from dyeing?

How many times do I water them? Do I use a lot of water? Do I only wet the soil, or can I wet the actual plant as well?
Is there a certain way to pick the herb out of it’s stem? If so, how?

Please give me all the tips you have.

Gourmet Chia Herb Garden Plus Mint a friend gave me?

I would like to grow some Herbs to cook with, this kit gave me the Ideal or my friend did to she gave me MINT to start grown, to put in my Tea, I like it. Then I seen the Kit. The kit has Parsley, Dill, Chives, Basil, Cilantro & Marjoram. would like to grow more but need some Ideals of others on Herbs to grow? And where to buy them?

What kinds of plants are ideal for a container garden?

They should be sun- and heat-loving, because most of them will be on the balcony or on the roof. A few small ones could be shade-loving.
I would prefer it if they all had some practical uses, such as vegetables or herbs.
Here are some that I’m planning on growing, to give you an idea of the sort of thing I want: Aloe vera, mint, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, green beans and peas, onions and garlic, lemon trees, carrots and lettuce.

ive been growing these and i havent got a clue how do you preserve them,also ive got corriander and mint growing in my garden and i dont no what to do with it,as the corriander was in a mix seeds of flowers and its grown loads,please give me some good tips so that i can cut them and keep them,thanks for answers cheers

How difficult is it to keep a small herb garden?

I cook a lot and use a lot of fresh herbs, but they’re so expensive! So I was thinking of growing a small herb garden of mint, thyme, Rosemary and maybe a few others… Problem is, every time I try to grow anything it dies. I have like, a black thumb or something! So, I was wondering what the difficulty level is for a small herb garden like this, if it would be better to grow indoors or out (I live in Bakersfield, Ca, so it’s hot summers and very cold winters), and just any general tips someone more experienced than me thanks!

I’m growing a vegetable garden in a few weeks and I would like to grow some herbs too. I live in Sacramento, CA. I was wondering what kind of herbs are easy to grow and take care of in a small corner of my vegetable garden. I heard that some herbs spread uncontrollably and I wanted to make sure that I don’t grow herbs that will try to take over my garden. The herbs that I’m especially interested in are small onions, garlicRosemaryry, and mint. But I don’t know anything about them. Can you help me?

I have an herb garden and I know most of them are ok to share with my rats, but when I was walking through my bedroom from the yard with a handful of mint they started going nuts! Is it safe to let them have a piece or two? They really want some!

I read that drinking herb tea when pregnant is not good unless you find out with a Doctor if it is safe..
Well, i have been having terrible Morning sickness, and my friend told me to take anything that has peppermint, the only thing i have is tea. It’s an all natural tea, caffeine free, blend of chamomile and mint, Is this safe?
