-There is a new bodybuilding supplement on the market that is supposed to be awesome and all it has is these herbs in it.

I am talking about a lot of herbs from different countries…aloe vera, mushrooms, leaves, juices , everthing like that…

I would like to know where to buy the leaves and how they work?
Is there one to make you more positive and smile more?

It is said that seeds, leaves, and roots of fennel are safe and edible. However, the essential oil, extracted from the seeds, is toxic even in small amounts. This seems to be a contradiction. Is it safe to eat seeds, or any part of the herb? if its oil is toxic?

I use leaves, herbs and other homeopathic remedies for spiritual cleansing (sage smudging, myrrh smudging, rosemary, etc etc) I just picked up a bag of Juniper Leaf which is for spiritual protection. Juniper berries are supposedly toxic to cats – but what about Juniper Leaf?
