-There is a new bodybuilding supplement on the market that is supposed to be awesome and all it has is these herbs in it.

If fennel is edible, why is the essential oil from seeds toxic?

It is said that seeds, leaves, and roots of fennel are safe and edible. However, the essential oil, extracted from the seeds, is toxic even in small amounts. This seems to be a contradiction. Is it safe to eat seeds, or any part of the herb? if its oil is toxic?


Is Juniper Leaf toxic, poisonous or safe for cats?

I use leaves, herbs and other homeopathic remedies for spiritual cleansing (sage smudging, myrrh smudging, rosemary, etc etc) I just picked up a bag of Juniper Leaf which is for spiritual protection. Juniper berries are supposedly toxic to cats – but what about Juniper Leaf?
