I want to start a natural herbal liver cleansing treatment so I need help with what kinds of herbs to get. I was told I had a liver disease about 5 years ago so maybe this will be good for my liver. And I want to try a raw food diet but im having trouble with making vegetable juice that actually doesnt taste bad I made this spinach and apple with lemon juice but it looked and smell horrible I just couldnt get myself to drink it any help?
I was wondering if anyone knows which types of NATURAL products such as herbs, nutritional supplaments are good for clearing up acne and facial redness. Thanks!
Whats the most effective way to get the liquid in the plants and make herbs with them?
Did an herb garden this year, and the lemon balm, basil, and sage really took off.
The sage is a tender perennial (pineapple) and the basil is just getting pulled since it’s an annual.
I may just cut back the sage to see if it will come up again.
But overall, I plan to cut them, hang them, dry them.
But what is the best way to store these herbs for about a years use or so until I can grow more?
Also, will factors such as heat and light affect the herbs?
I was thinking about storing them outside in a shed. But the temp still gets around 100 degrees.
If the herbs are dried and in storage, will a couple days or a week of 100 degree weather cause them to degrade or deteriorate slowly?

i am new too all this and am wondering is there a mesh fine enough that will stop all insects and other herb pests and mites from getting through to the herbs. please any information would be greatly appreciated
Ok i should explain this a little better.. this will be a single herb in a perspex box indoors on a windowsill. i plan to have it fully sealed except two mesh sections, one at the near the base and one on the top where the lid will be… so would there be a mesh for this kind of arrangement that would stop anything invading the herb
