I found a website that listed nutritional supplements and herbs that may help with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and insulin resistance. Apparently I didn’t bookmark it and now I can’t find it. I know it had N-Acetyl-Cysteine and cinnamon listed. It was all on one page and each supplement was rated from 1 to 5 stars.

I have a uni group project involving a public display. I suggested giving out herb cuttings under the belief that the ridiculous amount of parsley growing in my garden could be cut and divided into separate portions. Turns out apparently parsley won’t grow from cuttings so my question is:
What herbs/small plants will grow fast and easily from cuttings? The display is in two weeks so any help would be appreciated.

I live in oklahoma and there are many good vegetable plants that grow well here, I have wanted a garden for a long time but was always working full time, now I’m a stay at home mom. Anyway, i want to plant, corn, bell peppers , zucchini, cauliflower, cucumbers (one row each), jalapeno, tomatoes and spinach (two rows each) strawberries (3 or 4 shorter rows), a few herbs and a row of blackberry’s (to grow on trellis). I have had potted plants and helped out many family members with they’re gardens so I have knowledge but never actually had one myself, about what size plot do i need for all of those plants?

I built a garden over the weekend. Its roughly 16 square feet and about 18 inches deep. Filling it with 100% garden soil will cost a lot of cash. Someone suggested I find out what the "local" fill is to layer the bottom with first. For example, styrofoam peanuts is one example. If it helps, I think I will plant vegetables and herbs there next spring.
Lets try this again…..does any one use filler in the SW? If so, what?
