Having panic attacks after drinking herbal tea?

Filed under :Herbal Teas & Remedies

The first night I had a panic attack was after I drank a laxative tea. That night I had a dream about killing my mom and woke up crying and freaking out. It’s been a week since I that occurred. Since then I’ve bought an herbal tea to help calm my nerves but instead of calming me it makes it worst. Can herbal teas (caffeine free) have a bad affect like that?

What brands and flavors of herbal tea should I try?

Filed under :Herbal Teas & Remedies

I read an article saying that limiting your liquids to herbal tea and water only, can help with weight loss.

I’m wondering what brands and flavors I should try.

(There’s a new store in my town that sells a huge variety of tea and I’d like to take a list with me to see if they have them.)

Can herbal tea make you fat?

Filed under :Herbal Teas & Remedies

Ok, not fat but can it make you saggy? I am slim but I was in better shape a few months ago before I started drinking LOADS of herbal tea? I drink one green tea when I wake up (freshly brewed, no sugar) then throughout the day I drink camomile or dandelion or peppermint. Is it possible that the tea is to blame for me losing some of my muscle definition? My diet is relatively healthy and I go running nearly everyday for about 20-30 mins. I drink a lot of water but I’ve substituted some of my usual mineral water for the tea, so proportionally drinking less plain water lately.
what is ”pes”????
