I want to have a (messy) romantic dinner.
Will buy fresh dungeness crab- but I’m a little sick of the typical lobster/crab dipping of lemon butter.
PS- I don’t want to use fish sauce, vinegar or soy sauce.
Anyone know of any other type sauce/dip?
These are some fresh herbs in my garden:

Im trying to make and bottle dipping olive oils using herbs from my garden. Does anyone have any tips or recipes or good combination of fresh herbs to use. Even good websites would be great! thanks
I have just spent a fortune buying fresh herbs from the garden centre, I have only had them 2 days and the mint and parsley are wilted and look like they are going to die! I haven’t done anything to them just put them on the balcony, just a little water and they are in the sun/shade. the garden centre is across the road so the climate is just the same. (I haven’t asked at the garden centre as I dont speak the language!)
I have very little experience gardening but I am tired of crappy supermarket herbs so I want to grow my own. I want to be able to have fresh herbs year round so I would like to grow inside. My kitchen window gets full sun almost all day. I need advice on where to start and what type of herbs grow best/easiest indoors.
I read that you shouldn’t go overboard. I definitely want tomatoes. I was thinking some fresh herbs. I need one or two more ideas and tips on being an effective gardener. Thanks!
