Is there such a thing as too much herbal/green tea?

I’ve recently become addicted to drinking herbal teas. Currently I’m having several cups a day of 3 different teas.

Dark chocolate tea – Ceylon and China Black tea, chocolate pieces and cocoa bean kernels, flavouring

China Green tea, spearmint.

Rooibos Original, Rosehip, Mallow flowers, Mango oil.

I can have anything between 3 to 6 cups of these each per day.
Also I sometimes have one can of cola and/or one coffee per day depending on sugar cravings or coffee cravings.

I dont add sugar to any tea or coffee.

Is my caffeine intake too high?

And is there such a thing as too much of a good thing?
i.e. scientists have said it is bad for you to overdose on certain vitamins, could the same be said for the anti-oxidants in black and green tea?

ive been growing these and i havent got a clue how do you preserve them,also ive got corriander and mint growing in my garden and i dont no what to do with it,as the corriander was in a mix seeds of flowers and its grown loads,please give me some good tips so that i can cut them and keep them,thanks for answers cheers

I know you can make crack rocks from boiling water with cocaine, baking soda, and ice. I want to know if it’s possible to make rocks from something other than cocaine, like herbs or plants extracts in place of water, and minus the cocaine ( obviously ) or if there’s any other way to make rocks from plants or herbs that you can smoke?

i know that i need an oil like almond oil for this, i also need the oil from the plant. How can i extract the oil from the flowers/ herbs? can i just let a bunch of them dry to get like 20 drops worth?

I am going to grow an herb garden, and I’m not sure what kind of soil I use. I am going to be planting rosemary, thyme, cilantro, sage, dill, and parsley. I don’t know if what I am planting makes a difference on what soil I should either. Also I was thinking about planting some flowers in the same area, and I’m not sure if this will affect the herb garden.

In case you didn’t know, tomorrow is Earth Day, and today I went to do some community service at a community garden, and I must say that I feel good after doing that. I got back a bunch of seeds they didn’t want, and that felt great. I’m probably gonna plant some herbs and flowers in a pot and place it on my desk and smell it and tell them how pretty they are everyday. Sounds good? But anyways…

How do I fix a small garden that my dogs trampled and dug in?

I have a small raised garden in my backyard and my dogs seem to fancy it. It is only around 6ft by 2ft. Yesterday we caught them running back and forth and they basically killed everyhing but my potatoes. I just started this garden about a month ago so all the plants were very little but now the only thing still there that doesnt look dead and trampled is the potatoes. I need to somehow dog proof the area so they cant ruin anything new I plant but I also don’t know how to fix my garden. Do I need to pull up the old dirt to get the old seeds out so I know whats growing where or should I just add some more soil and plant new things? I will be planting typically the same plants in the same area but they also knocked over a small window box planter into my garden so the herbs and flowers I had just planted in there have been scattered in my garden….I just don’t know where to start to grow the garden I want. Please help, any advise would be greatly appreciated!
I had a baby gate blocking it off but my new roommates dog is big enough to know it over, I will be putting a gate up. My biggest concern is how to get my garden back to being a nice clean garden. Mainly, do I dig up the old soil with all the random scattered seeds in it and start new or do I just put soil on top of the old stuff and replant everything…..
