Is it safe to smoke these natural herbs?

I need a few "plant experts" to tell me if it’s safe to smoke these natural herbs, as I heard that these herbs are good for depression and anxiety:
-Lavender
-Albizia julibrissin
-Chamomile
-Damiana
-Mugwort (this is just a dream potentiator, but still like to experiment)
-Mulungu
-Vervain
-Valerian

So if it’s safe to smoke any of these without being poisoned or dieing or anything, i would like to know. Thanx, peace

Lipton’s Herbal Tea & Pregnancy?

Filed under :Herbal Teas & Remedies

I’m 8 months pregnant and I was wondering if it would be safe to drink Lipton’s herbal tea in their herbal collection? Their ingredients are: hibiscus flowers, roasted chicory root, cloves, licorice root, peppermint leaves, rose hips, ginger root, coriander, lemon grass, chamomile flowers, and roasted carob. Are any of these dangerous?

ADHD natural remedies, herbs, supplements, diet?

I just found this facsinating, that ADHD sufferers are most likely allergic to artificial food colorings.

I have ADHD and am interested in pursuing alternative methods to NOT CURE (because there is no cure), but to help minimize ADHD symptoms.

I notice the coffee is not helping me like it used to, and I "crash" from it. And this is black coffee, no sugar in it. I get super hungry after the crash from the caffeine.

Right now I am super hyper and at 26, it’s not very cute so to speak. I am currently making chamomile tea, in the hopes it will make me calm down. I am getting bored so easily and it’s driving me nuts, having my mind run a mile a minute and pulling me in 50 different directions.

Do any of you ADD or ADHD sufferers have any methods that worked for you?

Herbal tea for skin, good or bad?

Filed under :Herbal Teas & Remedies

I used to have really bad oily skin on my face, chest, & back and some pimples. I started drinking different types of herbal teas and drastically changed my diet to a healthier one. It really helped me significantly.

Is prolonged uses of herbal teas dangerous? any cautions?
Herbal teas like: chamomile, licorice, stinging nettle tea, evening primrose oil (capsule), fennel seed, dandelion, yarrow, rosehip, burdock, horsetail, marigold blossom…
Would a dermatologist have knowledge of this stuff for skin?

can herbal tea keep you awake like caffeinated tea? does decaf tea still have any trace of caffeine in it?
