Lately, I’ve been trying to drink more tea than coffee. I found a chamomile tea at the dollar store that I like. It helps me to unwind in the evening. I bought a Celestial Seasonings (I think that is the brand) blueberry tea. I’m not sure how i like it yet. It is a different taste. What kind of tea do you like? Is all tea basically the same, or are more expensive brands better tasting and better ingredients? I like herbal tea versus the black tea.

hello, i suffer from an anxiety disorder and usually take meds but my doctor took me off them once we found out i was pregnant. i get quite anxious at night and start having bad heart palpitations and numbness etc. i found a herbal tea called sleepy tea, it has passionflower and chamomile with lemon in it. can i drink this one glass before bed to help calm me? im almost 10 weeks buy the way. thanks. oh and i know the pack says its not recommended during pregnancy but that’s only because of they fact they haven’t done studys on it not because they have found anything wrong before. some pregnancy sites ive looked at say its fine tho, what do you think?
and yes ive tryed having a bath and reading etc to help me but it just doesnt seem to work so thus trying the tea

Does drinking herbal teas, chai, red, green, chamomile, etc. really have benefits? Have any of you seen the benefits such as calming, soothing tummy ache, weight loss, etc.? If so, which kind of tea did you drink and what benefit did you get from it? Also, can anyone give me details on the benefits of the different teas? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
Also, is any particular brand better that others? Is it more beneficial to brew your own out of tea bags or buy the already made tea in bottles or is it the same difference?

My dad just built me a greenhouse for my 16th birthday and I’ve been wanting to grow herbs for a while now. I’ve done some research and have a pretty long list of some things I want to grow (i.e chamomile, lavender, penny royal, peppermint). I also know that I would love to make tinctures and maybe dry some herbs for aroma therapy uses. Does anyone have any more suggestions for herbal remedies and maybe some tips on getting started? Thanks!
