For about 6 years now I’ve suffered off and on with anxiety/hypochondria. I’m only 20 years old. About 3 years ago I had some blood work done all came back perfectly fine and went to the dr with the random "chest pain" about 2 years ago, he said I was fine but I haven’t felt fine at all. It seems as if the worry of these random diseases and major illnesses have gotten worse to the point of OCD where I can’t stop thinking about it. I met with my doctor Monday and my blood pressure was high because I have a bad cold & also b/c I was so nervous but he said I definately have anxiety, and thats whats causing the symptoms like the racing heart, heart flutters, dizziness, etc… & because I worry about heart attacks, etc it worsens these symptoms. Does anyone know of any natural herb or remedy to help with this? I’ve been married for about a year and a half now & all I seem to do is complain about something hurting or being dizzy & it makes me feel almost to the point of depression at times.
At times Im just scared its something serious and not anxiety but as my doctor said, Im 20 years old 125 pounds, and if something were seriously wrong it would’ve been picked up prior to now but I just can’t seem to get that in my mind..

I would like to hear from others who have had to treat Adrenal Exhaustion (& hopefully have hypothyroid as well.)

I esp want to know about which are the most effective, yet most affordable herbs/supplements/combos.

I’ve been reading a lot of info from stopthemadness.com.

I’m on a low dose of Armour for my thyroid. When I went up a bit on the dosage, had terrible reaction with all the symptoms of Severe Adrenal Exhaustion (which I knew I had a while ago but did not know how to treat.)

I would like to avoid seeing an endocrinologist, simply b/c so many of them don’t even believe in Adrenal Exhaustion and IF they do, want to treat it with steroids. I want to go the NATURAL route.

I’m also wondering how long it usually takes to feel a difference (when taking supplements.)

Currently, I am taking The adaptogen herb, Rhodiola (200mg) and Eleuthero (1000mg)–Siberian Gingseng, I believe.

All this came about due to diagnosis to "treatment resistant depression." (And a lot of my own research.)

I really appreciate anyone’s help with this! Thank you. (Any links to info or products will also be greatly appreciated.)

Hello, my foster dog came to me a few weeks ago & he has been itching up a storm. He was dx with dermititis from his previous vet & prescribed anti-biotics & another med I believe to be a steriod (label was wrecked when I got it). I do not believe in using medicines (drugs) unless it is absolutely necessary. Scooby was on a poor diet for most of his life, he is 6, but for the last month or so he has been on Canidae. I give him fresh herbs, supplements, Omega 3’s, garlic, DMG, Organic apple cider vinegar, home prepared food, yogurt, cottage cheese, 2 homeopathic pearls, & I use flower essenses for skin & allergies. I don’t know if there is anything else I may have missed. He is on Frontline (applied before he arrived), & he came in itching so it is not something just here. It could be his horrile diet of 6 years of Kibbles & Bits. thank you for reading & any suggestions.

I am trying to take steps towards making my house greener. I don’t use a ton of different cleaners, but the ones I use I love. I’ve seen articles on what you can use as substitutes both pre-made products (gotten from the store) or things you can make yourself. I would like opinions from real people. Here are the cleaners I currently use & am looking to replace with something that works as well.

Lysol 4-in-1 (for everything from kitchen to bathroom)
Windex
Shout (I’m a waitress & it works wonders on my white shirt cuffs & worry about straying because it works so well for me)
Clorox Toilet Cleaner Wand

Any advice would be nice. I’m starting here & eventually moving to a garden where I can grow many of my own veggies & herbs (eventually for making my own baby food when that time comes) I have many many ideas & none of them are a huge challenge or sacrifice, I just need to start. Starting with the cleaners! Help please!

i stopped my 30mg of cymbalta and feel great but to keep the stress and anxiety down i wanted to go a more natural way. i bought GNC Women’s Ultra Mega Wellness Program that contains a multivitamin suport, bone health, balanced mood support, heart & cholesterol health, and digestive support. i was wondering since i have only been off cymbalta for 6 days can you take this with the mood support will it cause a reaction of any kind. the mood support contains :iron, passion flower herb, rhodiola rosea root extract, vitaberry plus and suntheanine L-Theanine. i called the pharmacy and talked to the pharmacist and he said it would be fine that these were all natural and they would not enteract with the cymbalta being it is prob still in my system. i took 30 mg for 3 months. just if anyone has any info i would love the feedback.

thanks
