I use a lot of Parsley and cumin, also thyme, rosemary and lemon grass, chives and now they have one its a cross breed of garlic and chives..it’s awesome , kinda of taste like onion and garlic.
Thyme is a good soup herb, as is sage (if you like it, I don’t), and rosemary works in some soups.
