I had the same problem with stress about a year ago and did a lot of research. I eventually found a natural product with ingredients backed by science. It works by helping to restore your GABA (anti-stress neurotransmitter in your brain) back to normal levels. I have been using it daily and it works great. You can even try the product for free: http://www.stresscool.com/go.php?t=13

The main ingredient is L-Theanine which they extract from green tea. The vitamin b6 is used to metabolize l-theanine so it can be used by your body and the magnesium citrate is used to maintain proper muscle relaxation. The mind and body are connected and when one is stressed, the other is too. This product works on both which is the reason why it is the best out there.

B – complex vitamins are good for enhancing the mood and calming the nerves

Catnip is a nervine and can help calm a human (opposite effect on cats)

Avoid caffeine and High Fructose Syrup and other sugars

Meditation, breathing exercises, warm baths, soft music can help as well. Be sure to get good exercize as well so that you relieve the body of it’s stressors.

Hi Ashley,
If you are looking for natural supplements, please do your Research before committing to
buying anything there are many sites that would try sell either useless or potentially
dangerous products. So first off check the approval seals they claim to have and secondly
consult your doctor before taking anything! My site offers high quality natural products if
you want to take a look the url is http://www.aloepride.co.uk but regardless of any products you choose
to use please do your Research. If you want results give it a proper try I Would say about a month to a month and a half. Hope this helps you :-)

There are many natural herbal and homeopathic remedies that may be of assistance in providing all natural stress relief if you feel your stress levels are too high. A holistic approach encourages all natural stress relief by exploring physical and psychological effects of your stress and aims to treat the individual as a whole.

Some herbal remedies recommended for all natural stress relief are Hypericum perforatum (St John’s Wort), Passiflora incarnata, Scuttelaria laterifolia (Scullcap) and Valerian. Theses herbal remedies all serve to relieve the anxiety and tension related to stress.
