Yes, I used it and it worked pretty well. It makes you, your sweat and your milk smell like maple syrup :-) It’s widely thought that using it with Blessed Thistle is even more effective.

I’d stay away from Reglan, though. It aggravated my postpartum depression until I had to take another pill for THAT.

Yes, and it works – I used it with both my infants (2 caplets 3 times a day for me, you want your urine, sweat and breath to smell of maple syrup – fenugreek is used as artificial maple syrup flavor) as they were larger then average and hungry. With my youngest it meant I was able to quite supplemental feedings within 2 weeks. However, it will lower your blood pressure as well so it’s not for everyone.

Yes, but you probably won’t need it. It helps to boost your milk supply if it is low. I actually had to drink a different herbal tea (sage tea) to decrease my supply because I had way too much milk. They both work though! Luckily, most women don’t really need either. Good luck!
