I am looking for some type of supplement that can help with circulation and possibly boost immune system too?

If I could find a product that could do both, great, if not, two separate products would be fine….thanks for any help!
I was thinking some kind of natural remedy or herb, maybe something I could find locally without having to order online…(GNC?)

CAYENNE is great for circulation and you can get Cayenne capsules at Walmart. Here is a website that will tell you more about the benefits of Cayenne (capsicum).
http://www.bulkherbstore.com/CP90P.
Here is a quote from the site: "In the circulatory system, it helps the arteries, veins and capillaries regain the elasticity of youth by feeding the cell structure. It helps equalize circulation by regulating the flow of blood from the head to the feet. Cayenne strengthens the pulse by increasing the power, not the frequency… In addition to helping prevent the build-up of cholesterol which can narrow the veins and arteries, cayenne also helps thin the blood and prevent blood clots that can clog the arteries and cause heart attack and stroke."

Cayenne is also good to take at the first signs of a cold (2 capsules) and then every few hours after that. Take a bath (hot enough to sweat you) after that initial dose and it will help to cleanse your body of the toxins.

VALERIAN ROOT is also good for the circulatory system-and heart palpitations, specifically.

There is a lot of information on herbs at this site. They also have a combination called THE IMMUNE BOOSTER which contains Echinacea, Peppermint, and Nettle. You can read about it here as well.

I get a lot of my herbal information from The How to Herb Book by Velma J. Keith and Monteen Gordon. I got my copy from Bulk Herb Store as well as a lot of my herbs. I’m not trying to promote them, but I do trust their knowledge and experience.
