Educational video u got. I really like your videos. rite now I trying other herbal. Dandelion Root is good friend told me great for sinus. Stinging Nettle tea or sting skin. Run down to borders books Find a book on herbal meds, Cardamom pod are great to suck on Seed come out & then chewing on them great & taste great. so many others I want to try. We got Co-op & Natral Foods in Humboldt county California .Dandelion Root Tea is good for Liver, there is warning label so that tell u it medicine

Thanks so much for your videos. They are just wonderful. Great information and demo. I am fairly new to using herbs but I want to use herbs that I grow myself or are local to my area but am finding it really hard to get information on anything local. I just came across a store that I think sells packaged dried herbs. Maybe I could look for herbs like juniper berries there to add to my home collection.
