I have had Chinese tea …..but for some reason it is not good for me ….. I have had
Chrysanthemum tea and it upset my stomach …the same goes for ginsing which I
cannot drink … and strangely enough, the same goes for green tea ….I just can’t !
I have also had Chinese cough syrup which I can barely tolerate …made of fritillaria (lillies) …and there is stuff stronger with the bile of 7 snakes….that I REALLY cannot take!!!
aaaaaarghhhhhhhhh !!!!!! Down the DRAIN !
Chinese people are quite strong ….they can manage a lot of things that capsize more fragile mortals …

All the TEA in the world are herbal tea only. I never came across any chemical or synthetic tea.
Although I always prefer Assam tea and Darjeeling tea Chinese tea also tastes good.
there’s a couple of things to look for in good tea.
1. you dont want paper teabags as they leach dioxins and ruin the flavor. there’s only a few brands that use nylon bags so you should learn how to use a tea strainer which is often much better quality. also, some teas are strong and you will want to brew, then toss out the water, then keep the leaves to brew a second time for drinking.
2. find out where the tea is grown, and avoid cheap tea from fishy places like china, as much of their soil has been contaminated with heavy metals and these metals concentrate in the tea leaves. thats why drinking green tea from china has been known to cause fluorosis, or fluoride poisoning.
3. all teas are different, even one brand of green tea to another as the leaves will contain vastly different amounts of different alkaloids, due to soil and climate, which give teas their effects on our bodies. trial and error is the only way to find the teas you like best.
