Is it worth buying dried parsley, basil, oregano, etc. for good health or are they just for flavour?

sure they do but your not going to get your daily amount needed from them. Fresh is better in nutrients and flavor though.

I grow basil, chives, parsley, & thyme in a pot on my patio. I’ve found that with fresh herbs, the flavor is so much better and I don’t need as much salt for flavor.. something I’m trying to cut back on.

for the most part, there are just a trace amount of nurtients in them. They are mainly for flavor once dried.
