I have been TTC for 3 months now and for the past 2 days I have had diarrhea and nausea. It happened after eating frozen pizza with my husband, but only I’m sick he feels fine. I have also been taking fertility herbs and prenatal vitamins and a chromium supplement though so I’m not sure if that could cause it. Anybody else have diarrhea in early pregnancy?

I just had surgery 1 week ago. What vitamins, minerals, herbs or/and tonic preparation is good for healing? What is the best source of iron supplement that is good for iron-deficiency anemia?

I was hoping to get some suggestions of simple and mild things that you do to detox. I’ve been so busy these past few weeks that I haven’t been making the best food choices and totally skipped out on exercise. I’m getting back on track again but I would just like to do a little more.

I’d prefer not to do some box set supplement type of thing. I’m more looking for herbs, juices, teas, certain foods, etc. that are good for cleansing.

I live in an inner city appartment with limited window space and no back yard. I want to supplement my groceries by growing my own produce, from tomatoes to zucchini, lettuce, eggplants as well as herbs indoors.
Does anyone know any plug and play solutions available on the market. Ive heard of Aerogarden.
Also do you have an idea of the best composting solution.
