Herbs/Teas that help stop nightmares?

I am a clinical depression patient taking prozac; all and all it’s helping me greatly, but I’m having a really bad case of one of the side effects; night terrors. Normally I ignore it, even get inspired by it, but lately the dreams have gotten so disturbing that it’s affecting my mood during waking hours. (I am a VERY vivid dreamer.)

Anybody have a simple herbal remedy that could help with nightmares? I would especially appreciate if it was something that could be ingested as a tea, but any ideas are welcome.

Thank you!

How would you describe my character?

I don’t know if there is a name for some of the beliefs that I have toward health but is there a word for it….say "traditional."

I’m a person who likes to look to the past for how people cared for the body-the remedies they used from various cultures-the herbs(whether looking for natural toothpaste-whatever) before everything became commercialized…..I’m not big on chemicals when it comes to the body. How would you describe this way of thinking???

Natural remedy for anxiety..?

For about 6 years now I’ve suffered off and on with anxiety/hypochondria. I’m only 20 years old. About 3 years ago I had some blood work done all came back perfectly fine and went to the dr with the random "chest pain" about 2 years ago, he said I was fine but I haven’t felt fine at all. It seems as if the worry of these random diseases and major illnesses have gotten worse to the point of OCD where I can’t stop thinking about it. I met with my doctor Monday and my blood pressure was high because I have a bad cold & also b/c I was so nervous but he said I definately have anxiety, and thats whats causing the symptoms like the racing heart, heart flutters, dizziness, etc… & because I worry about heart attacks, etc it worsens these symptoms. Does anyone know of any natural herb or remedy to help with this? I’ve been married for about a year and a half now & all I seem to do is complain about something hurting or being dizzy & it makes me feel almost to the point of depression at times.
At times Im just scared its something serious and not anxiety but as my doctor said, Im 20 years old 125 pounds, and if something were seriously wrong it would’ve been picked up prior to now but I just can’t seem to get that in my mind..
