Can anyone sell herbs or extracts on Amazon?

Drugs usually need to be FDA approved but what about people selling herbs, extracts, or vitamin bottles on Amazon. Like, this mushroom extract for example:

Maitake Full Spectrum Extract VegiCaps by some wierd Mushroom Science company

I think the legal disclaimer is good enough for anyone to actually sell anything on Amazon and market it however they want, am I wrong in this assumption?

i have serious cramps and have tried everything, and im over dosing on ibuprofen and midol and its taring up my stomache, i get really nausea on my periods and cant move. so im looking for the best herbs and remedies (not including pills) to help my serious cramps. i heard about ginger tea and cramp bark. whats the best herbs and remedies? plz help bfor i die from cramps!!
hot water and heating pads make it worse…does cramp bark work really good?

I am looking for some type of supplement that can help with circulation and possibly boost immune system too?

I want to start a natural herbal liver cleansing treatment so I need help with what kinds of herbs to get. I was told I had a liver disease about 5 years ago so maybe this will be good for my liver. And I want to try a raw food diet but im having trouble with making vegetable juice that actually doesnt taste bad I made this spinach and apple with lemon juice but it looked and smell horrible I just couldnt get myself to drink it any help?

think about cures and home remedies in your family (i.e teas, powders, herbs, external application, etc) what is the origin of the "cure"? is it effective? Describe an incident in which you recall the remedy being put to use, and include a description of the remedy being but to use.
this is homework but i kust can’y think of anything all you have to do is give me a remedy please!
