i know to add honey, and not to drink caffenated tea, but what herbal tea works best, or is your personal favorite?

for the record, my favorite is peppermint…but i’m not sure if that is good or not

I have heard there are some that is suppose to make your uterus etc more stretchy and possibly help you have a easier delivery.

A family member that is living with us just used the bathroom and had brown urine. They have been complaining of abdominal pains and have been drinking herbal mint tea and eating very light meals. Is this serious? Should we take them to a physician/the hospital?

Does anyone know if there are any risk in drinking a special herbal tea that helps people sleep ?

I’ve been having trouble sleeping and my mom doesnt want me taking sleeping pills so i went to this health store and this lady that works there told me about this tea its called Yoji tea Bedtime, and i was just wondering if safe to drink this tea

I picked up some Rooibos Chai tea today and noticed the expiration date was 5 months ago. Is it safe to still drink? Or should I throw it out?
