Sorry if any of these are wrong, i’m only 13 but i’m pretty good at english.. i’ll probably have to eat my words if all of these are wrong but I gave it a try :P

Oh I have just read over what I put again and realised I didn’t understand the question but i cba doing again haha sorry xD

Next time, ask if someone can better explain it and maybe use one question as an example. Right now, it really looks like you want someone to do your work.

According to the web, adjective phrases modify the noun or pronoun in front of them. They will tell "what kind" or "which one" about these nouns and pronouns. Here’s a great link with more info: http://www.english-for-students.com/Adjective-Phrase.html

So, for example: when did "we" jog? In the morning.
