Personal favourites: rooibos tea [with a drop of milk], peppermint tea, nettle tea, hibiscus tea and chamomile tea….probably in that order too. Hibiscus tea is quite sour so needs quite a bit of honey, but apart from that I mostly drink my herbal teas unsweetened.

If you fancy a tea similar to ordinary tea without the caffeine naturally try rooibos or honeybush tea and you can drink that with a little milk if that is how you would drink ordinary tea.

You might benefit from adding a little slippery elm bark as well as honey if you are a singer. And the herb mullein may help.

Peppermint tea may have a mild germicidal effect, at the start of a sore throat that may have bacterial origins.

I have a sister-n-law who sings…she’s very big in Texas and she drink a lot of lemon juice. Since you like herb teas which I also love and drink all day because its not caffienated. Herb teas with hyssop is also good for bronchial because sometimes with bronchials the voice can go hoarse.
