Somtetimes, avoiding certain foods can help reduce pain. Sulfites can aggrivate migraines and asthma. Gluten and increase inflammation in some people. Apparently, going gluten free can totally help with rheumatoid arthritis.
Going off gluten has helped my friend with RA greatly. I don’t know if any of this will help you
White willow bark contains the same thing that is in Aspirin (acetecylic acid).
You put a couple of large pinches in a cup of tea – maybe about 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon. Let it steep with the tea. It works very quickly, although it might not be as strong as taking an aspirin pill. A native healer (who told me of this) believes that the natural plants have other ingredients that help the active one work better, without side effects.
Marijuana. And don’t get offended it works to help relieve minor pains. If smoking is the problem you could bake with it as well, and I will give my word that you will feel better. Just don’t eat a ridiculous amount and you will enjoy yourself like never before.
